Special Needs and Disability Living Nativity Registration

December 6th and December 13th
5pm to 6pm
(Arrival times 4:40 to 5:40 pm)

Deadline to register is the Thursday prior:
Dec. 4th for Dec. 6th
Dec. 11th for Dec. 13th

We have two evenings with a special hour allotted for adults and children with special needs or a disability. During this hour the group size will be smaller, waiting time is limited and extra staff will be on hand to ensure each visitor’s experience is maximized.  Registration is required so that we can prepare for your needs.

If you have mobility issues and need a golf cart ride to enjoy the event, know that you can come on any night at any time.  Just tell the greeters that you will need a golf cart. They make these arrangements all the time. We provide the driver and one person rides in the cart.

Once we receive your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. The week prior, you will be given a specific arrival time and instructions through email as well. 

If you are unable to attend during the designated special hours, we will see what arrangements can be made for accommodations on another night.
